MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HELLERSTEIN, District Judge.
I resolve in this decision issues of disqualification of counsel, raised by plaintiff Lourdes Morales’ motion to disqualify and by my own enlargement of the issues. I have jurisdiction to do so because of the court’s responsibility concerning the obligations of professionalism in the matters coming before it. See Ceramco, Inc. v.
