DECISION AND ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT
MCMAHON, District Judge.
Plaintiff is a New York State Corrections Officer. In 1998, he was arrested in a domestic dispute. The Beacon Police took possession of his weapon at that time. He never got it back. It has led to this lawsuit.
He has filed a prolix (though verified) complaint some 81 pages long. He has supplemented that pleading with papers filed in opposition to the instant motion to dismiss.
