THIS IS a Chapter 7 case, and the matter under consideration is an adversary proceeding filed by Joseph and Ann Marie Bologna (Plaintiffs) against the Debtors, John and Mary Ann Cutignola (the Debtors). The Plaintiffs’ complaint sounds in three counts, all of which seek a judgment denying the Debtors their discharge pursuant to § 727 of the Bankruptcy Code.
