MEMORANDUM OPINION
GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.
The plaintiff, Commercial National Bank of Peoria (“Bank”), filed this adversary proceeding objecting to the discharge of William A. Kindorf, Jr., defendant. The complaint alleges: (i) the defendant improperly transferred and concealed assets within one year of the date of the filing of the petition [§ 727(a)(2)(A) & (B) ]; (ii) the defendant made material misrepresentations under oath [§ 727(a)(4)(A)]; and (iii) the defendant has failed to satisfactorily explain the loss of assets or the deficiency of assets to meet the defendant’s…
