MEMORANDUM OPINION
BERNARD MARKOVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
Presently before this Court is a Complaint by Plaintiffs objecting to the discharge of Mr. Alfred B. Brooks (hereinafter “Debtor”). 1 Specifically, Plaintiffs contend that the Debtor should be denied a discharge under §§ 727(a)(2)(A) and 727(a)(4)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, for transferring property within one (1) year of filing in order to hinder, delay or defraud creditors, and for knowingly and fraudulently making a false oath.
