Plaintiff Comprehensive Accounting Corp., holder of the largest unsecured claim against the estate, objects to discharge of the debtor. See 41 B.R. 259. Plaintiff asserts discharge should be denied pursuant to 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 727(a)(2), 727(a)(3), 727(a)(4)(A), and 727(a)(5) (1979). 1 Though conceding the omission of an automobile from his schedule of assets, nondisclosure of certain prepetition transfers, and his failure to report all income received as a debtor in possession, debtor nonetheless maintains that he is entitled to a discharge because he…
