This matter is before the Court on a complaint by a creditor, Farmhand, Inc. (“Farmhand”), seeking modification of the automatic stay in order that pending litigation brought by Farmhand against the debtor, Lahman Manufacturing Company, Inc. (“Lahman”), may proceed in United States District Court for the District of South Dakota, Northern Division.
