DECISION

D. E. IHLENFELDT, Bankruptcy Judge.

The debtor, a medical doctor, filed his chapter 13 petition on October 29, 1979. Without objection from creditors or the trustee, and due to circumstances generally beyond the control of the debtor, the case continued on until March 31, 1981 when an order of confirmation was finally entered. 1

On June 15, 1981, debtor filed this adversary proceeding asking that the defendants be specifically restrained from continuing the prosecution of a malpractice claim under chapter 655 of the Wisconsin statutes, and that defendants’ attorneys be found in contempt…
