KERN, Associate Judge:

This appeal is from the trial court’s denial of a motion to amend an order ratifying the sale of realty by the executor of the estate of Ethel D. Starr and from the trial court’s denial of a motion for reconsideration or for clarification. We conclude that the trial court’s stated grounds for refusing amendment of this order are invalid. Accordingly, we reverse.
