The question at issue in this case concerns the validity of a sale of real property under mortgage foreclosure proceedings. In December, 1952, Kristen K. Tranberg and wife were the owners of lofts 131 and 132 of German’s Montrose Park subdivision located on West Eight Mile road in Wayne county. The record before us indicates that the property had been used for residential purposes and for carrying on a landscaping business.
