¶ 1. This wage claim case began when a union-initiated complaint was filed with the Department of Workforce Development on behalf of Thomas Kieckhefer and similarly situated production and maintenance employees at Husco International, Inc. The complaint alleged Husco owed the employees wages for 20-minute meal breaks.
