WARREN, District Judge.
This case involves a commercial dispute over the appropriate rates of insurance to be charged by a franchisor to a franchisee. In crafting their lawsuit against the defendants, the plaintiffs have chosen the shotgun approach; they have filed an 84r-page, 231-paragraph, nineteen-count complaint. A rifle would have provided a better model. See Gagan v. American Cablevision, Inc., 77 F.3d 951, 955 (7th Cir.1996).
