This decision considers the scope of the Wisconsin antitrust statutes with respect to interstate trade and, in particular, the relevant effect of the 1980 amendments to Wis. Stat. Chapter 133, the state law regulating trusts and monopolies. Plaintiff Emergency One, Inc.
