This action is based on a demand for compensation under the workmen’s compensation law, and the questions presented on this appeal arise on a ruling sustaining the demurrer to plaintiff’s petition. The petition states that both employee, James G. Long, and employer, J. B. Watts, were operating under and subject to the provisions of the workmen’s compensation law; that J. B.
