Appeal from District Court, Third District, Salt Lake County; P. G. Evans, Judge. The Western Foundry & Stove Repair Works was convicted of having violated a city ordinance of Salt Lake City, creating a residence district, and it appeals.

The defendant was convicted, in the district court of Salt • Lake county, upon an appeal from the city court of Salt Lake City, of having violated a city ordinance creating a residence district, and making it unlawful, among other things, to erect or maintain a foundry within the district created. The board of commissioners of Salt Lake City passed the ordinance, under which defendant was tried and convicted, July 23, 1917, amending an ordinance passed by the board June 12, 1917.
