The main question in this case is whether a so-called zoning ordinance of the city of New Orleans, forbidding business establishments in a designated residence district, is a valid exercise of the police power. There are six such suits, contesting j;he validity of several zoning ordinances, and the constitutionality of the statute authorizing them. In this case, and in the case entitled State ex rel.
