The plaintiff, Airlines Reporting Corporation (“ARC”), commenced this adversary proceeding by filing a complaint seeking a determination that the debt owed to it by the defendant, Edward G. Mascoll, was of a nondischargeable character. The court granted Mascoll’s motion for summary judgment, finding that Mascoll’s obligations to ARC were discharged by the court’s discharge order entered on July 21, 1995.
