RYAN, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiff, Morris Rodgers, sued the defendants under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for allegedly denying him adequate outdoor exercise, in violation of his Eighth Amendment right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment. Rodgers also sued on two other claims, relating to his placement in administrative segregation and his right of access to counsel. The district court granted summary judgment on all three counts for defendant John Jabe.
