MacKINNON, Senior Circuit Judge:

This is a class action, brought on behalf of employees and former employees of Anchor Post Products, Inc. (“Anchor”), against the National Shopmen Pension Fund (the “Fund”). 1 The Fund cancelled certain employee service credits of members of the class, which resulted in a reduction of pension benefits to the class members.
