OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Craig A. Nichols ("Nichols"), Carla Nichols, and Dairy Queen of Marietta, Inc. ("Dairy Queen Marietta") (collectively, "appellants"), appeal from the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas' entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Michael D. Schwendeman ("Schwendeman"), and Schwendeman Agency, Inc. ("Schwendeman Agency") (collectively, "appellees"), on appellants' claims for negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and misrepresentation. For the following reasons, we affirm.
