OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellants, CR, Inc., CR Process, Inc. (collectively "CR"), Ronald Murphy ("Murphy"), and Chris Murphy (sometimes referred to collectively as "appellants"), filed this appeal seeking reversal of a judgment by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company ("Liberty Mutual"), Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, and Rex Ballinger ("Ballinger") (collectively "appellees"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
