MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL
GADOLA, District Judge.
Before the Court is Plaintiffs “Motion to Amend and Certify the Court’s Order Granting Defendant’s Motion for Mistrial and Interlocutory Appeal.” For the reasons set forth below, the Court will grant Plaintiffs motion and will certify the order granting a mistrial for appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b).
