Appellants Marcus G. Carter and Commerce Alliance, Inc., appeal a judgment in favor of Four Seasons Funding Corporation (Four Seasons) in the amount of $313,836.79 and the imposition of a constructive trust on various outstanding accounts receivable and proceeds.
