Plaintiffs brought this suit to quiet title to the following described real estate in Tillman County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

A tract of land lying North of the West half of Block 11, in the Original Town of Tipton, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point at the Northwest Corner of said Block 11, thence North SO feet; thence East 140 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence West 140 feet to the place of beginning.
