In appeal No. 01-1421, USEC Inc. and United States Enrichment Corporation (collectively, “USEC”) appeal from a decision of the Court of International Trade upholding a final determination of the International Trade Commission (“ITC”) regarding the importation of uranium from Kazakhstan into the United States.
