On May 3, 1946, George Soderstrom brought suit in the District Court against defendants, Kungsholm Baking Company, Sweden House Bakers, Inc., Sholmkung Baking Corp., Irving H. Cohn, Samuel J. Hachtman, Evalyn Cohn, Rose C. Hacht-man and Henry S.
