Defendant, Ramon Mickey Harris, was convicted of grand theft and of two counts of attempted robbery of the first degree. He also was found guilty of using a firearm during the attempted robberies. This is an appeal from that conviction.
The first of two incidents involved in the present case occurred on August 30, 1975. Defendant and an accomplice stole a 1974 Chevrolet Camaro after robbing the car’s owner and her companions.
