MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BUCKLO, District Judge.
This action involves disputed intellectual property rights and royalties in connection with video games played both in arcades and on personal computers. Plaintiffs Team Play, Inc. (“Team Play”), P & P Marketing, Inc. (“P & P”), and Cosmodog, Ltd. (“CMD”), Illinois corporations ( collectively, “plaintiffs”), are all engaged in one or more aspects of producing, marketing and selling video games. Plaintiffs sue Stephen W.
