State ex rel. Jackson v. Horstman

This is an action in mandamus. The prayer of the petition is that a writ issue commanding respondents to *142have relator’s name placed on the official ballot, as a candidate for the office of Municipal Judge of the City of Dayton for the term commencing January 2, 1962, at the coming election to be held November 7, 1961.
