Meeks, hy next friend, brought this suit to recover damages under the Federal Employers Liability Act, 45 U. S. C. Sec. 51 et seq., 45 U. S. C. A. Sec. 51 et seq. Negligence is alleged: (1) In furnishing a defective torch or lamp to illuminate a hunk car; (2) in a fellow employee throwing an exploding torch or lamp so that it fell onto plaintiff; (3) in not having an expert to fill and light said torch; (4) in furnishing “explosive and highly inflammable material, or fluid for use in said lamp or torch”; (5) in not providing a safe place for employees to sleep or wait.
