The confused record in this workmen’s compensation case requires that it be returned to the compensation authorities. Claimant, on behalf of herself and her minor child, filed a claim petition for compensation for the death of her husband, who was an employee of defendant, on March 15, 1935. In the answer filed by defendant it was averred that the death of deceased was not caused by an accident in the course of his employment, and that it occurred as a result of deceased’s violation of the Anthracite Mine Law, Act of June 2, 1891, P.
