Affirming.

The county judge issued a warrant for the arrest of the appellant, John Frogg, charging him with unlawfully haying in his possession intoxicating liquors in McCreary County for sale in that county contrary to law. The warrant also commanded the arresting officer to search the residence and other premises of the appellant and seize and take possession of any intoxicating liquors there found, ‘ ‘ and if you find such liquors you are commanded to arrest the said Frogg, and bring him before me or some magistrate of McCreary County to he dealt with…
