Tbe indictment in tbis case, which, was returned by the grand jury of Pulaski county at its February term, 1917, charged the appellee, Hubble, with the offense of “having in his possession spirituous liquors in local option territory while holding a Federal license authorizing him to sell such liquors in said territory, committed in manner and form as follows: the said Hubble on October 26, 1916, before the finding of this indictment, in the county and state aforesaid, and within twelve months before the finding of the indictment, did unlawfully…
