delivered the opinion of the court.. A firm established in St. Paul, Minnesota, which was engaged in dealing in intoxicating liquors, employed Delamater, the plaintiff in error,- as a traveling salesman. As such salesman Delamater, in the State of South Dakota, carried on the business of soliciting' orders from residents of that State for the purchase, from the firm in St. Paul, of intoxicating liquors in quantities of. less than five gallons.
