Plaintiff brought this action in the circuit court of Saginaw county to recover damages for injury to crops and standing timber during the years 1914-1916, from excessive water upon his 80-acre farm located in Kochville township, Saginaw county, caused *355as he charges by certain dykes built by defendant obstructing his natural drainage. From an adverse verdict and judgment he has removed the case to this court for review claiming prejudicial error on various, assignments.
