In this suit the Galveston & Western Railway Company seeks by injunction to restrain the city of Galveston and its governing body from interfering with the laying of track to form a connection between its track on Ninth Street and its track on Avenue N north of the sea wall and its right of way in the city of Galveston. The trial court sustained a general demurrer and certain special exceptions to plaintiff’s petition.
