Foreclosure of mortgage, and plaintiff'had judgment. ■ The action was dismissed as to all the defendants except the land and water company, and it appeals from the judgment and from the order denying its motion for new trial. The case was here once before, and it was then held that the note and mortgage were not originally the act of the corporation.
