MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MORAN, Senior District Judge.
This is a class action lawsuit brought by the plaintiffs Adnan and Terry Cemail (the Cemails) and Terry and Thomas Kennedy (the Kennedys) on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated. Plaintiffs brought this six-count action against defendants Viking Dodge, Inc. (Viking), AmeriCre-dit Corporation (AmeriCredit) and Chrysler Financial Corporation (CFC) alleging' claims under the Truth In Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act (ICFA), 815 ILCS 505/2 et .seq., and the Illinois Motor Vehicle Retail…
