Plaintiffs David and Julia Strohmaier brought suit against defendant Yemm Chevrolet (“Yemm”) for its alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq. (“TILA”) (Counts I, II, and IV), the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, 815 ILCS 505/1, et seq.
