—The trial court granted defendants’ motion for a directed verdict, and from the judgment entered thereon plaintiff appeals.

The action was for damages for personal injuries resulting from an accident which happened in the Yon Dorn Hotel in San Francisco. Plaintiff had been a paid guest therein for approximately a month, and was assigned to and occupied a room on the fourth floor.
