Defendants Burt and Nel Marshall appeal from a judgment ordering them to pay the estate of Blanche Agnethe Olsen $164,649.40; a figure representing her 20 percent partnership interest, plus $78,071.04 interest from the date of Olsen's death.

On July 1, 1950, Burt Marshall, Roy Marshall and Blanche Olsen executed a partnership agreement for the M & M Investment Company. The purpose of the partnership was to acquire land and lease it for billboard advertising. Each of the Marshalls contributed $4,000, and Olsen contributed $2,000.
