This is the plaintiffs appeal of the trial court’s order dismissing its appeal on the merits for failure to comply with the requirements of Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A, Rule 8A.

This suit was commenced as a small claims action to recover Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) benefits for chiropractic services provided by the plaintiff to the defendant’s insured. Upon the defendant’s motion, the case was transferred to the regular civil docket.
