Following the entry of judgment in favor of the defendant and the denial of the plaintiff’s motion for a new trial, the plaintiff filed a notice of appeal to this Division and designated her selection of a Dist/Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C, method of appeal. The plaintiffs subsequent delay in delivering the transcript to the trial court clerk and failure to comply with the requirements of Rule 8C(g) resulted in the allowance of the defendants motion to dismiss the plaintiffs appeal.
