Derrick Zechariah Smith was convicted of aiding and abetting first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of release. On direct appeal, Smith, through counsel, raises four issues. First, he argues that his conviction was based on accomplice testimony that was insufficiently corroborated in violation of Minn.
