State v. K.P.S. and State v. Carmini Laloo

Defendant K.P.S. and co-defendants, Peter Lisa and Carmini Laloo, jointly moved to suppress evidence that they claimed was seized during the unconstitutional search of a residence. After a joint suppression hearing, the trial court denied their motions. Different Appellate Division panels heard the appeal filed by Lisa and the appeals filed by defendant and Laloo.
