The Pulaski Chancery Court held that the “Zoning Ordinance,” Ordinance 5420, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, was void insofar as it applies to appellees’ property, and permanently enjoined the City and its officials “from in any manner interfering with plaintiffs in the use of said property under the' provisions, terms or restrictions contained in said Ordinance No. 5420.” The City of Little Rock, the Building' Commissioner and Chief of Police have appealed.
