The appellant, Consumers Cooperative Association, is -a corporation organized under the laws of the. State of Kansas, with its home office in Kansas City, Missouri, and is authorized to do business in Arkansas as a foreign corporation (§ 64-1201 et seq., Ark. Stats.). The appellees constitute the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Control Board of the State of Arkansas, as authorized by Act No. 18 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1957, together with all amendments 1 thereto. The appellees will he referred to as “the Board.”
