Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Leon Becker, J., at suppression and trial), rendered September 11, 1985, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the third degree (Penal Law § 160.05) and sentencing him as a predicate felon to an indeterminate term of 3 Vi to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
