GSX Corporation of Missouri petitions for review of a decision of the National Labor Relations Board ordering reinstatement and backpay for all GSX employees laid off from the company’s United Disposal Division since the closing of the city incinerators and directing GSX to bargain with Local 610 of the Teamsters as representative of the company’s St. Louis Transfer Division.
