Before the Court is Defendant JNJ Express, Inc.’s (“JNJ”) December 9, 2013 Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Stay Proceedings, or in the alternative, to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Claims, With Prejudice. (Mot. Compel Arb., ECF No. 6.) Plaintiffs Marion Carney and Mervin Carney (the “Carneys”), individually, and on behalf of all similarly situated individuals, responded on January 6, 2014.
